How To Send Us

Provide contact information: Name, Phone Number, Fax Number, and Email
Provide shipping and billing addresses
Provide the purchase order number
Provide Serial Numbers of the probes being returned
Provide information on any special handling or requirements
Mark the outside of the shipping container with the Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Please ship the moisture probe only, as it is not necessary to send the analyzer electronics, cables, or sample conditioning equipment).

Moisture Calibration

Analyzer Metrics utilizes a two-stage dilution moisture calibration system to provide high accuracy and proven reliability. Each moisture probe is individually calibrated to provide the highest performance. To ensure a bone dry nitrogen source, a liquid nitrogen source is utilized.

Our calibration system monitors the temperature, pressure, and flow rates to produce repeatable and accurate moisture levels. By limiting the number of moisture probes being calibrated at one time, the calibration chamber and associated piping are reduced, thereby reducing surface area resulting in faster dry down and quicker equilibrium.
